Taking on staff right at the start or later, once your business starts to grow, can feel like a daunting task but fortunately there is a lot of useful information available so that you can navigate your way through the requirements easily.

Ensure you are clear about what the expectations are from the role and what qualities you are looking for in a candidate. Your staff represent you and the business and you will be intrinsically linked.
