Riverside Business Park is situated at Lumford Mill on the River Wye and is an important historical site which in recent years has seen many of the existing buildings refurbished by owners Litton Properties.

Supported by grant aid from the Local Enterprise Partnership, D2N2, construction of a new road bridge over the River Wye from the A6 in to Riverside Business Park was completed in 2021. The new bridge is a significant step forward in improving the site for tenants.

The Business Park has a wide and varied mix of tenants ranging from large companies such as Pinelog and Thornbridge Brewery through to small independent traders including joiners and artisan bakers. A Premier Inn is being built on the site.
