AC Engineering provides welding and metal fabrication services, specialising in mobile welding, machinery installation, onsite repairs, and bespoke metal fabrication.
Using a £40k Business Growth Grant awarded by Derbyshire Dales District Council they have introduced three new pieces of equipment. A 200-ton CNC Press Brake, an Overhead Crane, and an Inverter Power System have significantly improved production capacity, workplace safety and energy efficiency.
The CNC Press Brake has allowed them to increase precision and reduce waste in fabrication work and take on more complex projects. The installation of an Overhead Crane has transformed the way they handle heavy materials, improving health and safety. The Inverter Power System delivers a more stable, energy-efficient power supply, thus reducing the company’s environmental impact.
These improvements have marked a big step forward for the company, which is now in a stronger position to create skilled jobs, deliver high-quality work for a wider range of industries and grow sustainably within the community.
Arran Coupe (Director) says:
