Hevasure, based at Darley Dale, provides real-time monitoring technology for corrosion prevention in commercial heating and cooling systems, giving building owners and facilities managers a true continuous picture of prevailing conditions.
Established in 2014, Hevasure’s technology has been installed in over 100 sites in the UK, including well-known buildings such as the Francis Crick Institute, St Bart’s Hospital and Media City, Manchester.
The £7,800 Small Business Adaptation Grant from Derbyshire Dales District Council helped pay for improvements to the web-based dashboard allowing customers to remotely view live data. The project involved:
- Automatic report generation, making it much easier and quicker to produce detailed reports for Hevasure managers and end-clients.
- Improved analytics, making it possible to consolidate data to better understand the state of clients’ systems over a selected time-period.
- Support of new VARs and customers with specific / individual branding
- New improved landing page making it possible to easily identify the status of sites and systems and drill down to more detail.
- Support of new products such as the new Condor corrosion monitoring system

The funding received from Derbyshire Dales District Council's Rural Innovation Grant enabled Hevasure to greatly enhance it’s remote dashboard giving an enhance user experience to end clients. It also allowed Hevasure to automate its report writing and introduce new products.
