Kitchen equipment at Gallery Cafe

New kitchen equipment purchased with a £7,891 Small Business Adaptation Grant from Derbyshire Dales District Council has produced major efficiencies at this popular cafe in Orme Court at Bakewell.

The new commercial grade equipment has enabled the business to cope better at times of high demand and also reduce energy consumption. Food waste has also been drastically reduced since the purchase of the commercial refrigerator. As a result of the efficiencies the business has been able to create a new part time position at the cafe.

Faye Warburton (Owner) says:

The equipment purchased through the grant from Derbyshire Dales District Council has truly transformed the café functionally, enabling us to cope with much higher demands in customer flow.
